Calling all artists; submit your creations for our first-ever Open Exhibition and you could win a £100 Jacksons Art voucher.
We’re inviting artists of all ages to submit artworks exploring the theme of Living in the Future to be exhibited as part of the Festival of Tomorrow in February.
Whether you draw, paint or print, sculpt, stitch or stamp – we can’t wait to see your creations!
THE EXHIBITION
The exhibition will be held at the Carriageworks, London Street, Swindon from Saturday 14 - Saturday 21 February 2026, as part of our 2026 programme.
We aim to include as many public art submissions in the exhibition as we can - and you could also win vouchers to spend at Jackson's Art!
THEME
Will we live longer, healthier, happier lives, or will AI transform how we work and create art? What will we eat, and how will we love? Will we all live off-grid and power our homes with renewables or finally harness nuclear fusion? Will space technologies help us solve our challenges on Earth, or will we send more people to live beyond our planet?
Whoever we are and wherever we live, we all experience what it is to live as a human. But that experience is changing. In our future, who will we be?
HOW TO ENTER
To be included in the exhibition, you’ll need to be able to deliver your artworks to the exhibition venue at the Carriage Works, London Road, Swindon on the Saturday 7th or Sunday 8th February 12.00 – 4.00 p.m. If delivery is not possible, smaller items can be posted at your own risk.
