BOOKING IS ESSENTIAL DUE TO LIMITED CAPACITY

What to Expect...

Please arrive at the Hydro for your booked time slot. Use the main entrance, then wait at reception to be greeted by the front of house team. You will be led through the building to the unique venue, an historic pool that has been drained of water.

Please know that due to the historical architecture and lay out this event is not currently accessible to wheelchairs. Information about an additional event at an accessible venue will be released shortly.

You will be given a pair of wireless, over ear headphones before entering the exhibition room. These headsets will play the immersive score, and voice over that accompanies the visual work.

Inside the exhibition you will view the immersive installation created by artist Harrie Dearing.

Following her DYCP funding from Arts Council England, Harrie is excited to share her first projection mapping installation, with you. Created by digitising physical artwork from her Cosmicscape collection. Through the use of animation and digital components she breathes new life into her artwork.

Please wear warm clothing, due to the nature of the building the venue is chilly.

This is a free event. You can choose to make an optional donation. Which helps to make future events like this possible. Harrie is donating 50% of proceeds to Ipsum, a Mental Health and Wellbeing Centre supporting Swindon and the surrounding area. Find out more about their work here... https://www.ipsum.care
