Have a show or activity proposal?

If you have a passion for sharing knowledge and sparking curiosity, the organisers of Swindon’s Festival of Tomorrow would like to hear from you!

Successful proposals will go on to join an illustrious lineup of researchers, industry professionals, artists, writers, organisations, charities, academic institutions, businesses and community groups, with organisations including Swindon-based UK Research and Innovation (UKRI), The James Dyson Foundation, Bristol Robotics, Neon Dance and Prime Theatre already confirmed for 2024.

After over 47,000 people took part this year, the organisers are planning 2026 now, with a growing programme of events, displays and activities across town during the February half-term, culminating in a two-day finale event at The Deanery CE Academy in Wichelstowe. Thousands of pupils will also have the opportunity to take part in an inspiring programme of science and arts activities for Swindon schools.

Engaging and insightful workshop

The workshop was very engaging and insightful. The children and staff both loved all of the activities and all could feel like they could join in.

Simple activities that evoked so much discussion!

The activities were simple, but evoked so much discussion amongst the children and staff. Each activity brought science into the real world and helped children make that link between what they learn in class and everything they experience around theme that link between what they learn in class and everything they experience around them

Can't remember being at anything like this in Swindon!

We had such a great day! We can't ever remember being at anything like this in Swindon. Our children were so excited to try all the new things and have been talking about it every day since. There was such a friendly, positive atmosphere and the fact that it was free made an incredible difference.
